How many concurrent calls per conference are allowed?   While it is technically possible to conference with hundreds we recommend not exceeding a total of 20 people per room. Following this rule helps to keep any disturbing noise below an acceptable level for the best conferencing experience. In the rare event of a problem, please advise a foreign participant to dial through another long distance service. How can I lock out unwanted callers?   As the first caller to enter a conference room you will gain certain privileges. Among those privileges is the power to lock a room by pressing '7' on your keypad. You can later press '8' to unlock the conference room again. Hint: Your best bet is to avoid any problems in the first place by being smart about picking a room number. While you might find unwanted guests in room number 123456, it is very unlikely you find somebody randomly bursting into room number 839072. How can I make sure only authorized persons can access the recording of my conference?   If you decide to record your conference, you will receive your personal PIN number. Make sure not to give out this PIN to anybody but authorized persons. In any your recording expire case will after 7 days.
